ওঁ ত্র্যম্বকম য়যমহে সুগন্ধিম পুষ্টি বর্ধনাম।
উর্বরুকুম বন্ধনান মৃত্যুর মোক্ষেয়া মমৃতাত(ম অমৃতাত)।।

হে রুদ্র,তোমার বন্দনা করি।
তুমি জন্ম,জীবন ও মৃত্যুত্রয়ীর
জ্ঞানদৃষ্টির অধিকারী।
তুমি আমাদের বেঁচেথাকার
জন্য সুন্দর পরিবেশ
ওপুষ্টিকর খাদ্যের যোগানদাতা।তুমি সকল
ভয়ন্করব্যধি হতে ত্রানকারী
।আমাদে র মৃত্যুর হাত
থেকে মুক্তিদান কর,অমৃতত্ত্ব
থেকে নয়।

ব্যখ্যা
Logic- three visions means
three cycles of nature-
birth-life-deat h
Is dependent on sugandhi
– better conditions and pusti -nutrition.
That will end all deadly
diseases, and will win over
death.
